Running errands for staff and authors
General tidying between events
Being available for information
Selling books and other items that will be available for sale
Serving guests during events
Answering the phone and email during the festival
Taking reservations and payments at the door
Making sure that people know how to move around from location to location (guiding people from the SILQ to the Morrin Centre etc.)
